A quick shout out to what has got to be the best breakfast biscuit in Chapel Hill / Carrboro (and possibly the Triangle at large)…

The Capocolla ham, baked egg with milk & herbs, and Provolone cheese. Made fresh six days a week, at the already local-fabulous Neal’s Deli, in Carrboro, NC. They’ve recently added a pastrami biscuit to the lineup as well, and I look forward to devouring one of those asap.
